A Blessed and Memorable the 40th Sunday School Children Annual Conference 2026 at New Lamkhuang

Theme: “Isua Rihmingin” (In the Name of Jesus) – Colossians 3:17

The 40th Annual Conference 2026, held at New Lamkhuang from 23rd to 25th October 2026, was a truly blessed, joyful, and memorable occasion. Over these three days, believers, delegates, church members, and participants gathered together in the name of Jesus Christ to worship God, share fellowship, listen to His Word, and strengthen their faith. The conference was not merely an annual gathering but also a wonderful opportunity to renew our spiritual commitment and celebrate God's faithfulness throughout the years.

With the theme “Isua Rihmingin” (In the Name of Jesus), based on Colossians 3:17, the conference reminded everyone that whatever we do, whether in words or deeds, should be done in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. The theme encouraged participants to reflect on their daily lives and understand the importance of keeping Christ at the centre of everything.

Throughout the conference, various spiritual activities, worship services, preaching sessions, discussions, and other programmes were conducted successfully. The presence and participation of delegates made the gathering lively and meaningful. Everyone had the opportunity to learn from God's Word, share experiences, and strengthen the bond of Christian fellowship.

However, amidst the joyful and spiritually enriching moments, an unexpected incident occurred during one of the preaching sessions. Unfortunately, one of our respected speakers suddenly became unwell and fell down while preaching. It was a frightening and concerning moment for everyone present. The congregation immediately became worried and prayed for his recovery. By the grace and mercy of Almighty God, the speaker gradually regained consciousness, and his condition returned to normal. It was indeed a moment that reminded us of the power of prayer, God's protection, and His unfailing grace. We sincerely thank God for watching over His servant and bringing everything back to normal.

Another important part of the conference was the discussion and consideration of 15 resolutions under the agenda. These resolutions were taken up and conducted during the conference, reflecting the collective responsibilities, commitments, and future direction of the organisation. The discussions provided an opportunity for members and delegates to express their views, make important decisions, and work together for the betterment of the church and its mission.

As the conference came to an end on 25th October 2026, everyone departed with grateful hearts, beautiful memories, and renewed spiritual strength. The three days at New Lamkhuang were truly well spent, filled with worship, fellowship, learning, and God's blessings.

The 40th Annual Conference 2026 will certainly remain a memorable chapter in our journey of faith. Despite the unexpected health incident, God's grace sustained us, and the entire programme was completed successfully.
