Happy New Year 2026 – Beginning with God

So here we are at the start of 2026, and honestly, it feels good to have a fresh page to write on. There’s always this mix of hope, gratitude, and maybe even a little bit of nerves as we look ahead. But a new year is more than just flipping a calendar. It’s a chance to start over, to lean into faith, and to trust God all over again. When we choose to start the year with Him, we’re stepping onto solid ground. The Bible, time and again, says that when we let God lead, He clears the way and lifts what’s heavy off our shoulders.

You’ve probably heard the old line, “Well begun is half done.” It’s true, and not just in a practical sense. There’s something deeply spiritual about kicking off the year with prayer, faith, and surrender. When we let God into our plans—our choices, our hopes, all of it—His wisdom shows us where to go, and His grace gives us the strength to get there. Goals matter, but when God’s in the mix, they start to mean something more.

So as 2026 rolls in, take a moment to look back with thanks and look forward with hope. Give your family, your work, your studies, and your dreams over to God. Tough times will come (they always do), but you can stand steady, knowing God finishes what He starts.
